o    The Court will not admit to probate the contents of a will which were not known and approved by the testator.
o    Due execution of a will (signing it in front of witnesses) raises a presumption that the testator knew and approved of its contents
o    Probate can still be granted of a will that is rectified but excluding parts that were included because of fraud, mistake or inadvertence or by adding parts in to make it reflect the deceased’s intentions.
