A Will must be in writing

It must be signed by the person who making it in the presence of two witnesses who are there together and will sign the will in the presence of the person who is making the will.

The person writing the will (the Testator) and the witnesses must sign at the bottom of each page and the last page of the will.

Most importantly the witnesses should not be beneficiaries under the Will.
